Our shopping / cart system
- You can add and remove items to your shopping cart, our site will remember your shoppings inside a cookie sent back to your browser.
For our shop to work this way your browser needs to accept cookies and needs javascript to be on. You can read in the help of your browser how to enable javascript and cookies.
- Make your choice for a product or group from menu.
This menu is the top box on your left hand side on every page at this site.
If available, a submenu will appear right next to the main menu, from which you can choose a more detailed product or group.
- When you see a product you would like to order just click the button and the product will be added to your
which you can find as the top box on your right hand side.
If you want to buy more than one of the same product then click this button as many times as you need the product.
For larger quantities of the same product we advice you to click once and go to your Shoppingcart details... screen to fill in the quantity at the product.
You can also remove articles from there.
- You can use the basic search in the box at your left hand side or the Advanced search... page to find a article of interest.
- In the box you can choose to display all articles from that one manufacturer.
- You can change the currency in which you want to pay on every page except when in the checkout procedure.
You can make this change in the box at your right hand side under your shopping cart.
- To check out and pay is as easy as shopping at our shop, click the link called Pay and Checkout
at your right hand side in your shoppingcart.
The first thing you are asked when checking out is your details, this is for us to be able to ship your ordered items.
If you are a new customer you are asked to fill in these details, as returning customer you have the option to login and use the details given at a earlier order.

After you filled in your details or after you logged in, you are brought to the 4 stage (5 stage when paying with Credit Card) checkout page.
- Delivery Information: Here you can change your delivery address or confirm the one displayed, and choose shipping method, press continue when done.
- Payment Information: Here you can change your billing address when this is different from your shipping address or confirm the one displayed, and choose payment method, press continue when done.
- Confirmation: Here you see your odered articles, as well as delivery and billing address, press continue when done.
- Finished!: Now you will be connected to the secure payment server (approved by VeriSign) where you will be asked to choose your payment method.
Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive a payment confirmation. Credit card payments will be processed the same day.
Payments by bank might take a couple of days longer.
- Important!! After having paid at the secure payment server with a credit card you are brought back to the shop with a confirmation screen that says "Your Order Has Been Processed!".
Do not close your browser page before you have seen that confirmation screen.
Our Newsletter
When signing on as new client you also have the opportunity to opt-in to receive our newsletter.
This newsletter we will send at unregular time intervals to inform you of our special offers, temporary actions and discounts.
If you decide to stop receiving our newsletter you can opt-out again by logging into your account and opt-out at the "Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters" option at your account information screen.
Loyal Customers Discount
After a customer has bought for more than 200 Euro at our shop we will give a deduction over the calculated sum of articles.
We calculate this amount over all of your previous delivered orders. No time period is involved in this calculation.

Payment by credit card
You can pay your order, through our
secure and VeriSign approved online payment service by Ogone, by using a
credit card or by making a

Orders over €500
Our shop does not accept Credit Card orders with a value over €500,- As loyal customer we will let you split your orders over €500,- into smaller ones, Of course you can still advance pay to our bank for orders that are over €500,-
Direct payment through your bank (only for people with a bank account in the Netherlands)
Another posibility is to pay through your bank with the iDEAL system.

- To use this payment option, please follow the regular shop and order process until you Pay and checkout, there at the second stage (Payment Information) You select "iDEAL via Ogone".
- You can choose your bank at the confirmation screen at Ogone.
- After choosing your bank you are brought to your account at your bank where you can handle your payment as normal.
- After confirmation you are brought back to our shop.
- Important!! Do not close your browser before you are brought back to our webshop so that all data can be processed properly.
Cash on delivery (REMBOURS) (only for people living in the Netherlands)
A new posibility is to pay at the door of your house to the mailman.
- To use this payment option, please follow the regular shop and order process until you Pay and checkout, choose Cash on delivery in the first stage (shipping page).
- No need to select a payment method as Cash on delivery was chosen, continue to the comfirmation page.
- After confirmation you are brought back to our shop.
Payment by bank instead of (online) credit card
If you don't wish to use any of our online payment methods, there's always the possibility of a money transfer to our bank account.
- To use this option, please follow the regular shop and order process until you
Pay and checkout, there at the second stage (Payment Information) You select "Advance payment" instead of "Credit Card via Ogone" as payment methode.
- Check your e-mail for your order confirmation, you must use the bank account information at the bottom of this e-mail to
complete the money transfer by paying the grand total amount of your order and using the order number as a reference.
- We will ship your order directly after receiving the payment confirmation from our bank.

Delivery rules and guarantees
- We will try to ship all items within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
We will contact by email if there is a delivery delay for 1 or more of the items you ordered.

need to return an unused item you can do so within 7 working days after you

DVDs cannot be returned unless they have a clear technical error which makes them
impossible to watch! Some DVD players available today still have problems with
playing certain DVDs.
